Wright Solutions is offering career opportunities for limited and fully licensed social workers.

Why pick Wright Solutions?

  • 70/30 split - no split for sliding scale patients

  • Healthcare reimbursement - Pick a plan that works for you or your family, and Wright Solutions will subsidize half of your healthcare costs. We find that each therapist has unique needs, preferences, and costs.

  • Trainings- Wright Solutions provides, on average, $2,000 per year on trainings and CEUs per full-time therapist.

  • Flexibility - You can work any days or times that best serve you or your clients. Make a schedule that works for your life. Full time to us is scheduling 20 clients a week.

Our approach:

  • Cost—We know the price of therapy can be a barrier to treatment. Before seeing any client, we verify their mental health benefits and provide them with a cost breakdown. If we can work with our clients to ensure they receive the appropriate services, we do. We accept out-of-network benefits and private pay and can provide superbills upon request. Similarly, we are well-versed in working with private agencies or systems such as foster care.

  • Personalized treatment—Wright Solutions is a small practice focused on empowering therapists to earn a livable wage and clients to receive specialized care. We can offer more individualized approaches to payment, scheduling, and care.

  • Care for our clinicians—Many practices thrive by keeping 40-50% of each therapist’s income. Therapists in private practice often have to pay for their own health insurance and other expenses. This practice is committed to not only paying a livable wage but also supporting therapists by offering benefits and W-2 positions. If one of our therapists sees clients on a sliding scale or for a reduced fee, we support them by not taking any portion or percentage. All clinicians received paid time off/sick time and are encouraged to practice their own self-care and self-soothing.

  • Partnerships—Wright Solutions is a proud partner of Human Kind Counseling. Ms. Delia currently works within their office, which is run by Chelsea Wiersema. HKC is a wonderful hub of therapists who work with the pediatric population, with various specialties in foster care, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, behavioral, and attachment issues.
